    Contrast baths/ showers are good for many- foam roll before/after training- taking a day off and doing recovery work- increasing your aerobic capacity and improve recovery also

    I tried in at 20- college I mean. Too much ass and partying. All i did was chase tail and get loaded…failed about half my classes/ dropped the others and maybe got 6 credits. Fast forward 15 years and I was a straight A student- magma cum laude…

    Got it- just uncommon to see dbol at the end of a cycle but nothing wrong with it if it fits your goals! There is some thinking that front loading EQ could help get blood level up quicker …
