    Yeah I never go all the way in with the 1.5 in quad. I just find it easier to hold in place with one hand and plunge with the other.

    I use 23g and 25g 1.5 inch, quads only, 2 times a week. Been doing very well with 1-2 cc. Anything over that is sometimes difficult to jam in there. Have a hard time doing it in my glutes, so I’m basically all over the place in the quads.

    Yeah you have to have something like that or you are literally screwed. I’m doing 5*20’s on some of my lifts now. I drink during and post bcaa,s. GVT I tried years ago for a few months and learned the hard way you had to pound the supps to recover.
