    This is good advice, keep the nolvadex, 20mg per day is plenty. Also, I personally find that .5 every 2nd or 3rd day works well for me and I’m also prone. Only real way to tell is to get bloods done

    Yes, mark bells slingshot elbow cuff is great. Sounds to me like you have medial epicondylitis, “tendinitis”. Does it hurt when your hands a supinated? For example barbell curl? I have some remedies that work well, you can PM me if you’d like me to explain.

    I completely agree, You nailed it, nice work! Honestly I wouldn’t worry about it. The only time it could become a problem is if you were sleeping 4 hours a night, working out 5 hours a day and eating 1000 calories per day.

    Great post, I think you hit it on the head. I personally like counting Macros, it allows for a little more flexibility In your diet. Which I need since I have a wife and kids and don’t want to be so self centered that I can’t have any fun. That’s just my personal take over the years of doing this.
