Yeah I haven’t chased the numbers in years. Def not doing that now. My MAIN reason for training now is so I can perform at my job so I can provide for, and keep up with my 3 and 5yr old boys.

Ahh early 30s. Take care of yourself youngster. I’m 50 and thankfully I haven’t broken my body down with heavy, heavy weights and don’t need nor have had any major surgeries. I’ll lighten up the weight and try the full rom…slowly lol.
Hated it. I gave away what tren I had left after that.
My wife likes to smoke and I like smoking with her. She hates what tren does to my attitude. As do I at times. So, a decision had to be made. Weed and wife or tren and no weed and no wife lol.
Weed…good pwo for me. However when I was on tren and smoking, it noided me out badly. They say helps with tren sides. Well, made me flip out a little. So the weed stays and tren goes lol. Except for the base of course
I do have a topic. Legs. At 6’3" it’s always been a struggle to get them to grow. I’d be curious to see if there’s anyone else with my height that has had the same problem and what they did differently. Mine are strong and decently built, I just want them a little bigger. I can start this thread...
Yeah I’d be down for a topic. Gonna have to give me a minute on that, though. Trying to multi task here as it is. And lord does multitasking get harder with age.
