    I had an amazing omelette today with one bagel, no fruits & coffee. A shake like reg with another meal later. Training Chest & light Bis 2 exercises.

    I had an amazing breakfast two eggs Benedict with some avocados, coffee & fruits. Shake is going to be for later, having pork loin with yams n broccoli. Trained back & abs in the AM. Have a great lovely day fellas.
