If compound a is still 100mg per ml then you have a total of 2000mg in a 20ml vial or 2g.
Same goes for compound b, if you have 200mg/ ml in 10ml that is 2000mg or 2g total.
The dose per ml ( in the case of compound A it is 100mg times the total volume of 20ml) 100mg X 20ml = 2000
