    I do. My goal is to get to the gym 4 days a week. Those days will consist of 45 minutes to an hour of cardio and a push/pull rotation focusing on 15 to 20 reps per set. 4 sets a movement using mostly machines. I’m not looking to get stronger I’m looking for the burn…. Lol
