Hurricane Helene
Everything is flooded around here. The dam in the river from Norgh Carolina to Tennessee failed. Half of interstate 40 is washed away after the dam failed. August 12th installment of diets and bodybuilding
Breakfast was eggs scrambled with 2 pieces of toast, and 2 pints of chocolate milk. Had honeybun and Dew. Lunch was 2 packs of lemon pepper chicken, peanut butter crackers, and Dew.
