Day two of refeed. Reta is great except on these refeeds. It makes it hard to get the food down. Ended up just using carb powder yesterday because I wanted to go to bed. Worked with a great posing coach yesterday and made a ton of improvements. Excited to see what more work...

I worked with a posing coach today, big help as usual. Sorry for the lack of daily posts, prep was getting on top of my brain. But feeling better amidst another two day refeed. Checked in at 226.9. Man it messes with your head getting down this lean haha but part of it. Reta is up...
Haha I’m staying in classic for now. Looks like I’ll be easily under the 217 weight cap.
Haven’t been tested again with cpap since dropping weight. I know I sure do feel a lot better under 230 than I did at 260 🤣🤣

Was 230 after re-feed and felt great. Coach is still full steam ahead, Hoping to drop clen soon and pivot to mots and Slupp. Coach is expecting 226-227 by monday check ins. Energy is surprisingly good and sleep is still holding steady. I def need to be better about wearing my cpap. I dont...

Sorry For the delay in the log just got caught up in the present and in prep. Weight took a huge drop last week to 229lb. So Tuesday and today have been refeeds. Held off on my reta dose so I could easily get the food down. 229 puts me 12 lbs above the weight cap at 12 weeks out...

Trying to stay off the scale and go by look, but not really seeing too much weight move on the actual scale and its messing with my head. BUT we still have plenty of time and Im not sweating it. Im enjoying the process. But i hope i dont have to take another food decrease haha...

The scale doesnt seem to be moving well even after getting the bowels moving again, but I can easily see that I am tighter. So we will keep the hammer down over the weekend and hope coach doesnt drop too much food again this week. If he does I will definitely have to go back to...
