As stated above. Some great advice.
From me. If you can’t lose the “fat” with your diet. Then your diet needs work. I would recommend a coach if you can afford it.
And as stated before 200 per week and only at 400 ish. To me seems odd...
Years past the “expiration date”.
As long as it is not crystallized and has anything floating in it. I personally would use older gear. And I have. I probably have gear that’s 15 years old.
Probably won’t use it but it is still in usable condition.
New year, a leaner me.
Working with my coach and dialing it in. Should be getting stronger and leaner this year.
Will possibly post some pics. Depending on how well I can manage to cover tats with out cover definition. Lmao
Switching to a different sponsor for gear and this year is about leaning out and strength training.
Test and tren is what I’ll be running with some BPC157.
Yeah I am waiting to drop some body fat. Before I go back to my coach. Who was coached by John Meadows. He knows his stuff. But not super cheap. I have had two coach’s and both did great in my opinion.
Can’t wait to see how you do with the supervision.
