    I avoid our agency lunch room. Fountain drinks are free. And the meals are only $1.00 I spend more money eating healthy and bringing my own. I could eat lunch for $5 per week if I wanted. I feel better after eating my home cooked chicken and veggies.

    Shelf life

    As long as it’s clear and nothing floating in it. And no crystals. I would use it. I have test that’s prob 3 years old. And I have other gear that’s around 5 years old.

    Yes I’ll see if I can post it. And I did quads about 90% of the time. Now I have had issues. And lots of nerves I have hit.

    After watching and listening to Dave Polumbo I do not do quads anymore. Glutes 23g x 1 1/4”

    Had 1/2 cup of oatmeal with cinnamon. Lunch is roast beef sandwich and a blueberry muffin protein shake from Steel. Gym after work tonight.
