I have a tough time not lifting heavy myself, as much as I know my body and joints need rest from the heavyweights it’s not the same. I’m currently lifting like a bodybuilder (mind muscle connection) and it tends to be kind of boring as supposed to going balls to the wall with heaviness.- kingkonggainz
