    Getting back in shape

What’s up folks? Been around for a few months posted replies in a few topics but this is my first post. Thought it was about time to post an intro. I’m 44 yo, 5’11", 244 lbs., and 19% BF down from 27% a few months ago. Coming back from almost a year off. My wife had cancer last year and I ended...

    Need help with chest development

Slow down your reps so you can focus on the muscles being activated. Change angle slightly til you find the right angle that works for you. Try 21s on incline press. I’m not familiar with whose program you mentioned but tey changing it up til you find something that works. Change frequency...

    Need help with chest development

I hurt my shoulder a few years back and switched to Arnold press on incline and RG on barbell bench. If you’re struggling with upper chest focus on incline presses. The internal rotation with the Arnold press keeps my shoulder tight and pain free. What type of programs have you tried?

    Off season blast update

You got some monster quads bro. Looking good. How much test do you run with MENT? Also wondering how the BPC157 worked for your groin injury?

38 years old , crashed metabolism & over weight

What is your diet like as far as macros? Low carb, low fat…? I would suggest low carb. With your stats at 2300 cal as long as your active you should be dropping weight. If you work in an office you may need to drop some more cals. At 27% BF you likely have insulin resistance to some degree as...

    Recommendations on weight belt

I dont like them on squats either. If you’re core is weak it will limit your squat weight. You will start to fall forward under the weight even though your legs are holding up. I’m not a fan of belt’s. I dont know your goals or what you’re doing either. If it will make you more comfortable go...

    Recommendations on weight belt

I havent worn a belt in over a decade. I broke my lower back in 96 and its degraded slowly since. Only way to keep pain away is heavy deadlifts. Using the belt stops the muscles from activating causing weakness and later injuries.

    Forty year old newbie

If you want to make big gains in mass you’ll need to be eating 200% of your maintenance calories as a start. Cut or add front there after a couple weeks. Dont taper your test dosage. Just use 400 - 500/week for 10-12 weeks. Look up PCT on here and make sure you have what you need. Also have some...

Advice for a 5 day split

I agree with @Dutchpharma. If you’re in good shape you could hit Legs, Chest, Back 2x/week. Do you need dedicated shoulder and arm days while cutting? I’d just throw a couple exercises in on other days.

Brand Spankin' New to the Forum

Welcome to THE board. Need to list stats and goals to get accurate advice as far as what step to take next. I agree with @swole88 to stay natural as long as possible. Natural gains go away a lot slower that enhanced gains.

    Steroid cycle advice and help

At your age your natural test is is probably equivalent to 300mg/week exogenous. You cant have enough experience to start with AAS. At 18 you could eat 8000 calories/day of junk food and as long as you got a couple hundred grams of protein and trained hard you could gain a couple pounds a week...

    Serious replies only

Bottom line is they have to be in a place where they are willing to get clean. I think suboxone is a good place to start and a must for successful recovery. I have 3 cousins I’m trying to get in a program now. I got them on suboxone but they need to make the decision to call the number and show...

Do you take the T4 at night? I know it should be fasted but read it’s better 3-4 hours after eating at night.

    Nice to meet you all

Welcome to the board. You found a great place and it’s good that you’re doing research but my personal advice would be to wait awhile before jumping into AAS. You dont list any stats besides age but you should be able to make good progress still naturally.

SARMS cause permanent damage to your receptors?

I’ve never used SARMs and never plan to. I’ve seen a few impressive reviews but so many mediocre ones. So many AAS that have been researched and do work. GW501516 is not a SARM although it is labeled and advertised as one by SARM retailers. It is a PPAR receptor agonist. I’ve heard it is good...

    Elbow Tenderness /Pain

I’ve also had great results with BPC157. I used it with TB500. 5mg 2x/week TB500 and 400mcg/day BPC157. Massive improvement within a week and totally pain free at 4 weeks. Sounds like it your tricep tendon if it’s on the point of your elbow. I would stop doing tricep isolation exercises til it’s...

    Test Newbie Questions

Cypionate is about 3% less testosterone than Enanthate. That’s about the only difference on paper. I’ve never noticed any difference with PIP or any sides.

    Swelling at injection site

May be epididymitis. Is it swollen? Definitely go to the doc. You’ll need antibiotics if that’s what it is.
