Wondering if bpc might help with the inflammation and ease some of it, might give it a shot

Unfortunately I’m on a jackhammer all day long, Dr says surgery wouldn’t do me any good unless I change careers, which isn’t an option

No never even tried it yet lol

Does anyone have or deal with this? I’ve tried everything and it keeps getting worse. Have it in both hands and travels to the elbow etc. Doesn’t affect me in the gym but at work it’s horrendous, also keeps me up at night
