    How often do you work out?

    How often do you work out? Like how many times a week? How long? Do you think you can over do it? What’s your thoughts on working out 1 hour to 1.5 hours 5 to 6 times a week???

    Massages or no massages?

    My husband works out alot. Sometimes he will say this muscle is sore or that one is sore. I offer to massage but he always says no. I can only assume that a massage every now and then would feel good and most likely be beneficial. Inputs???
