    Sup Brothers! Diet: eggs, Turkey bacon, some overnights oats and coffee- breakfast meal was purchased at the local fitness meals. Lunch steak, shrimps, salad n sweet potatoes. Training: crush upper back mostly $$$ & bis, ABS too 🤓🤓 Let me hear it UGM.
