This movie got me motivated. These guys is freaks of nature. You have to be off your rockers to be training with these guys. Talk about pushing the limits. I like some of the methods and training tools Louie comes up with. Can’t wait to hit the gym in the morning!
This is the third time I felt this weird rip feeling run across my left chest. But this time it was in the middle outside and it run to my upper bicep. WTF is that??? And all 3 times I felt this, while benching light and high reps days 225lb for 15 or more rep. Is it because my bar is come down...
Been out of the loop for 5yrs due to career change. Trying to get back in the game again. The site I used to go to isn’t up so hoping I can find help here. Have used a few different stacks for 4yrs before I took my long break. 5’10 240lb 37yrs old. Any advice is welcome Thanks in advance
