I’m sure I’d feel the same way. Just start planning what you guys can do the next time you get to be together. Don’t dwell on missing them, focus on next visit and making great memories
Get out of your head big man. Get whatever you gotta get ready for work tomorrow, show up and get it done. ZERO time to feel sorry for yourself. Make a plan for the week, training, food, etc, then execute it.
Trained legs this am. Had a pretty good session. Did all the shopping, made homemade sauce, meatballs and brocciole for dinner. Wife actually surprised me this afternoon, walked out into the living room in lingerie. So ended up being a pretty good day.
