Shit dawg I found I was hitting the gym to early. Maybe hour or so in was not doing it for me. Little after 2 hours was perfect. I found that splitting doses as neuro stated was really good . Far as the guys doing the 5 hour 3 hour deal. I personally like popping 25. Wait 2 hours. Pop another...- Ripgut
