Brothers & sisters, does anyone have experience with arthrofibrosis after ACL surgery that can offer advice? I’m 5 weeks post op ACL reconstruction using tissue from my quad. My ROM is only 90 degrees…120 is the goal. My body has produced a great deal of scar tissue limiting this. My surgeon... -
