    Breakfast was 3 pickled eggs, a Clif bar, and coffee! Had to run early errands! Going to lift at the YMCA with my girlfriend, likely going to do full body, minus chest!

    Best breakfast I’ve had in months boys! 4 boiled eggs, slice of toast with avacado and tomatoes…and a big ole’ shot of test cyp from flash, which I must say is as smooth as I was told! Gonna beat these titties up today and go to work! Hope everyone has a great day!

    Love this thread! Breakfast was kind of an open faced breakfast sandwich with toast, avocado, goat cheese, tomatoes, and eggs! Sore as fucking hell, so gonna do legs today, and as @John has ALWAYS recommended…cardio 🤣!
