My son just went to an allergist and they said he had the worst allergies they’ve seen. I’m sure I’m in the same boat. If I don’t take an allergy pill daily I get hives or itchy skin.
I wonder if only a handful of people feel like this on deca. Even my doctor said it wasn’t a normal reaction to deca. Both me and my brother feel like our ability to breathe fully was significantly reduced while running it. I don’t know. I liked how my joints felt though.

Ya his cardio is really good we probably weigh the same but he’s been lifting since high school and played football. Hopefully next year my cardio and running are better. When I started I couldn’t run a whole mile and I did today for the first mile.
Well I finished it:
72 minutes 30 seconds with no vest
1 mile run
25 sets:
4 Pull-ups
4 push-ups
8 air squats
4 push-ups
4 air squats
1 mile run
I was the last to finish but next year I hope to wear a vest and do a little better.

It definitely makes a difference on who is coaching. Some coaches I’ve notice really breakdown the techniques for oly lifts and some just rush through so they can get the class out on time. If I didn’t have to work to pay the bills I would spend more time practicing for sure. I get to the gym...
I really like Crossfit. I can see how injuries can happen. I’ve seen people at my gym bust shins on box jumps so far. There is a lot of high impact exercises. @Kad1 have you had any injuries personally?
