I stopped training about 5 months ago, hurt my shoulder. Decided to get back after it. I’m 39 5”11 210lbs. I’ve generally in the past just pushed for mass, just seems easier for me. I’m running test c 400. Pinning .5 twice a week. Looking to add tren after about 6 weeks
