Training chest and triceps after work tonight. Meals have been chicken breast and potatoes. Steak tips and rice. Egg and cheese on English muffins. Probably a shake too
Working nights so nothing exciting happening here. Hot as hell as well. Later in week I'll be hitting the beach and if it doesn't rain probably do some hiking.

In a perfect scenario when would be the best time after pinning (test e or c) to get the most accurate results (test and e2). Does cycle time affect it dramatically? Would a person who's strictly on TRT have the same approach as someone doing a 12 week cycle?
