    Lost 6 pounds. I just feel extremely weak! Couldn’t throw up more then 185 for three times. I felt tired and weak. I was going to do a 100 carb intake a day and 235G protein a day. Calories would be 1800.

    That’s my issue. Im not eating enough. Im taking this protein powder called steel vega strawberry cheesecake. Its delicious and i sue it as a replacement.

    Yea, thats my issue. I feel kinda weak and no energy. I had a half cup of brown rice with 5oz chicken before the gym and i felt great l.
