    Training Log: Bodybuilding with IBS

@Bigmurph @Dirtnasty; have eliminated a lot of carbs and fruits/veggies. IBS seems to be kept at bay. I believe there is something to the carnivore diet. Energy doesn’t seem to be effected too much from the drop in carbs.

Just an FYI for guys in here with high RBC and hematocrit; supplementing with 600 + mgs of Grapefruit Seed Extract or Naragrin will help.

    Training Log: Bodybuilding with IBS

It looks like women with Crohns and Ulcerative colitis have been successfully treated with oxandrolone, stanozolol, and nandrolone in conjunction with each other. Quite the anabolic elixir. Granted, these are IBD diseases, but severe IBS can be quite similar in symptoms

Hey bro. That sucks she deals with IBS; it can be quite the obstacle when things get bad. I’m trying to find some literature on Anavar - or any AAS for that matter - and what sort of therapeutic effects they might have for bowel disorders and inflammation.

    Cutting up with COVID-19

My favorite training log! Your PWO choices are always interesting. Never tried Tbol but I will eventually!

Embarrassing but I need to ask alternative ED treatments?

I simply do not understand why Doctors refuse to listen when patients try to advocate for themselves - and in this case, repeatedly saying a drug is making things worse… sorry you had to go through that man.unreal

Embarrassing but I need to ask alternative ED treatments?

I was going to ask him that too, what he is currently taking. Sometimes it takes a solid month or so for those to kick in and for the side effects to subside. I’ve been on and off SSNRIS for years due to generalized anxiety disorder; the first few weeks are always weird then things get better.

Embarrassing but I need to ask alternative ED treatments?

Same here man! It sucks. Even low level general anxiety can kill my appetite and sex drive; so it’s definitely something to evaluate because those two things can really make your body start acting wonky.

Embarrassing but I need to ask alternative ED treatments?

Hey bro. Stupid question but worth asking; what’s your stress level like? Stress alone can kill libido and whatnot. Will echo @herrubermensch and say Low dose TRT and HCG definitely helps too.

    Training Log: Bodybuilding with IBS

I hope it helps brother. Things are definitely better lately in terms of bloat and whatnot. That is never fun. I was wondering, I’ve seen anavar prescribed for inflammatory bowel disorders. Do you think a low dose of Anavar might help with overall inflammation? Like 10 mg a day for a period of...

    Training Log: Bodybuilding with IBS

Haven’t been slacking - just slacking on posting. I’m going to be gradually switching to a carnivore diet to see if that helps manage symptoms better. Really looking forward to seeing what happens. Leg day: 15 mins of elliptical work as a warm up. (120 bpm heart rate) Quad...

    Training Log: Bodybuilding with IBS

Hahaha! I was at work reading through another thread and started laughing at some of the pop tart comments! It’s been so long since I’ve had one but my girlfriend eats them every now and then and they smell amazing! Someone here needs to develop a “pump tart”. A protein based pastry with...

This sounds like it may be the ticket! Right now the very thought of doing a deadlift or squat with a reasonable amount weight makes my joints hurt! Do pop tarts help???
