Accutane on cycle & trt

Will it still be as effective in getting rid of acne, or on trt? My body is like pepperoni pizza and my acne is painful, if I’m watching liver enzymes everything shouldn’t be too bad? Thoughts?

Yes! I’ve used during my last 2 cycles and have had no issues. Just get labs done to check liver and HDL

It gets worse before better. I had bad acne last cycle and took Accutane. I didn’t realize it pushes all oil out first so acne gets worse. I freaked out luckily my wife was on it as a teen and helped me understand.

About a month but then again I was pretty toxic
