Bodybuilding Cycle Log - 12 Weeks


Starting Stats:


    •    Height: 6’0”

    •    Weight: 235 lbs

    •    Diet: 500 calorie deficit (some days dipping to 600-700 deficit), 200-250g protein daily

    •    Supplements: Creatine 5mg on training days

    •    Cycle: 400mg Test E/week (GearChurch), 14-day break from Retatrutide (resuming 2mg/week from YourMuscleShop), adding Tren A/Mast P blend 300mg/week (GearChurch) + 50mg Var on training days.


My first day will be Monday, 31 March.
