I used to take 20mg pwo upto 40mg tops but the dbol of today doesn’t seem like the dbol from the past.


For a first cycle dbol at 25mg should blow you up and use it pwo don’t split the dbol through the day take it about an hour and a half before your workout no less than 30 minutes before.


Dbol 6wks max and get something to protect your liver and kidneys
