I’m fully aware that virtually no one will agree primarily due to the conservative impulse among the enhanced. Nonetheless I have found S23 to be more than a superior replacement for Winnie. The physical manifestations are analogous if not identical. Moreover the strength gains from S23 are insane. And most importantly it is all without the nasty sides that causes one to give Winnie a pause for thought.
