Need advice on HCG use for newbie

Hello all, I was recomended to start some HCG while cruising between cycles. Wondering, how often, how much and if I should do subcutaneous or intramuscular injections? I’m 27 years old, I have 3 cycles under my belt. Thanks for the info gents.

If cruising, I believe the dosage the protocol chosen in the Testosterone optimization therapy bible, by Jay Campbell and Jim brown says 250iu twice a week. The day before you pin your test.

If you are cruising and haven’t read that book and their corresponding books I would strongly encourage it.

I did 750mg a week at 250mg M/W/Th Subcutaneous in my belly. Works for me. I wrote my experience on a thread about 6 months ago.

I’m doing 250iu 2x weekly per optums suggestion. This has been good for me and I just add it into the same pen with my HGH.
