Today I modified my protein bars
6 ripe bananas
1/4 cup honey
1 cup soynut butter
1/2 cup egg whites
4 scoops protein powder chocolate
2 heaping tablespoons dark coca powder
Blend in blender until smooth out in 9x9 pan with parchment paper cook 350 40 minutes until fork comes out mostly dry

Let cool add 1/2 cup dark chocolate melted for
topping

10 servings 22 protein/ 300 calories per sreving

Raw liver civiche

Raw liver cut Half inch to one inch pieces
Fresh limes squeezed until covers liver
Salt
Let sit 2 hours

Then put jalapeños, tomatillos, onion, garlic, cilantro in blender then add to liver let sit at least two hours more

Kills bacteria and keeps all the vitamin A that good for organs. Cooking liver looses a lot of the Vitamin A. Plus was told body absorbs much more vitamin A this way.
