Not included: my workout and diet

My workout is compound lifts with some Olympic weight lifting added in. For cardio I will do kickboxing on heavy bag. Diet is high carbs on intense days and low carbs on days I don’t need as much energy. I’m going to bring the intensity like never before but with good form. I’ll usually take one day off if I feel like it, but if I feel good game on.

So far strenght has been going up and recovery is amazing
