Wheres your healthy fats? It looks to me that you are not eating enough nor are you eating on a schedule with same meals everyday measured and weighed out. So you didnt have time on way to work? Why didnt you prep your meals in advance? If you arent gonna put 100% effort into achieving your goals than no advice, drugs, supplements are gonna be able to fix being lax.
