Pandemic Coping in this tough time

Work from home. Have been for a month now. Built a prison gym. Legs are suffering the most due to no squat rack… doing dumbbell squats goblin squats. But have seen the size change. Once this shit is done. Imma blasting and hitting it hard. All my PRs will be do overs. Cuz I’ll be starting drone the beginning…

I’m basically cardio as well as a basic bow flex system just cruising on 125mg test-e per/wk now. Also out of work .

I run 3 miles a day four days a week normally. Been running a bit more since the pandemic.
Cardio for me everyday weather it’s 1 mile or 4 that’s normally what I do. Far as weights I have a home gym bow-flex thing. Plus dumbbells up to 55lbs. And Olympic weight set
Bench incline and decline. Slant board and I normally use a weighted vest also for push-up and sit-ups and some running.
Getting a power rack next trying to see if I want to spend $300 or $1200 on one.
Still on my prescription if TRT at 180/200mg per week. Till I can get back in a gym and get a coach to help me reach my goals.

You seem to have a pretty good set up to get through , atleast you have it a little better than some that are just using body weight movements .

I was in the Marines for 21 years. Moved right into the defense industry. Took a 2 year hiatus to work at a engineering firm. Testing Commercial jets for WiFi and cellular susceptibility. Was not the life for me. The company called me and wanted me back. So I came back. My claim to fame for my 2 year hiatus? Built the test equipment and test plans to test jets so you could leave your phone in airplane mode. Tested pretty much all of North America and 2/3rds of Europe. 😁

And hey. Everyone’s important. Takes all kinds to get us where we are at in life. 😁

Down with you military who is better the Seals or Marines , Don’t mind my ignorance I watch a lot of movies .

😂. I got to tell you a quick story. We had our compound guarded by a female MP. 5 foot nothing. Loaded down. 203. HE. Probably 9 mags of 5.56 on her. I walked over and told her. If there’s a breach in the wire, I will take your gear. Which she said Yes sir, no problem. .and gave me a big ole 😁

There are A lot more marines than there are frogmen in the world. Plus …
Two totally different fighting forces. And just a question that has too many variables to give a proper direct answer to.

No offence brother I was joking it was light hearted, my wife’s friend married a marine and he always says they make the seals look good lol.

The team guys are great. They fit in with most Marines right away. Most love working with the Corps because of the same ethos. Who’s the best? Well as far as “special operators” I’d say the Marine Raiders are better. They train in not only team tactics. But small unit tactics. And more prepared for larger size combat. Don’t get me wrong. Team guys are shit hot. If their aren’t Marines around id attach myself with a Seal in a heart beat. Now. Only time I had pucker factor? I mean where you couldn’t get a greased bb in my ass. Regular Army. I was working with them 3 months. That’s where I met the female MP and told her I was taking her gear. Just a different approach to things. Just made me nervous on how they view things. Their SF guys. They are tight. Good guys. Just kind of like a younger brother always trying to prove shit. 😂. They find out you’re a Marine. Holy fuck. 😂

Lmao. The marines I know will say anything.
The Team guys don’t talk too much 🔱.
All would depend on the size of the engagement they are in too. But I personally would stick with the Teams , I like the smaller forces.
