Good post [USER=523]@Mountain-man[/USER]My personal opinion on this topic which this you covered in this thread… I think the whole 1/2 cup this, 3 oz that, 1 tbsp here takes the fun out of it and makes things way more complicated then it should, especially for those starting out.That being said, your diet dictates if youre going to achieve your goals or not, one should learn the basics of training and diet before getting more granular and starting to count macros. If you want to get big eat big, want to lean up eat lean.
