Sleeves all the way. SBD’s, EFS, any of them. They’ll help keep you tight where you need to be tight, help keep the joint warm, give a little rebound out of the bottom, plus you don’t have to waste all the energy of wrapping your knees. I see guys at the gym wrap their knees half ass, and I think to myself “that’s doing nothing”. If you’re doing it right, you’ll be out of breath when you’re done and your feet will be numb and legs will be purple below the knee… no sense wasting all that energy when a sleeve will benefit you more
