Brother I feel for ya. Getting sick is horrible…having sick kids is horrible!This time of year… I take 1-2 emergenC’s a day. I take almost 1 a day throughout the year. I also up my zinc supplements.I try and not be so lazy on my test cyp dosing. Every 3-4 days. I WILL get slack on that if given half a chance. Hahaha
