It will have been 4 years in a few days. Level: beginner. Goal is muscularity though I mostly judge my progress by strength. experimented with most injectables and a couple orals at first. Now I just use test besides some mast starting in June and ending in August.
Greek yogurt with honey before the gym this morning. 1/2 cup peanuts and a protein shake after. Big salad with chicken and eggs for lunch. Ground beef and cabbage and cactus for second lunch. Wife’s making chili for dinner. Push day btw.
Breakfast was Greek yogurt with honey and blueberries. Lunch/brunch was sweet potato hash eggs and mixed fruit. Dinner will probably just be tilapia and some veggies so I don’t feel as bad about getting ice cream after. I did not lift today
