June 11 Sunday edition of diets and training

Good afternoon all.Went surf fishing in The Atlantic Ocean this am,didn’t catch shit.Next Saturday I’m gonna do a half day charter on a boat, hopefully Land a Striper or two,Black Fish,Fluke.Breakfast was egg sandwich,a fuck load of pepper,1 slice a cheese, banana,coffee,and water.No gym, haven’t been to gym in over a week.Hope everyone has a good day.

Breakfast was Greek yogurt with honey and blueberries. Lunch/brunch was sweet potato hash eggs and mixed fruit. Dinner will probably just be tilapia and some veggies so I don’t feel as bad about getting ice cream after. I did not lift today
 
Back and tris today.
Had a big steak and loaded potato for my chest tonight. Plus, M&T sand a snickers bar
 
Still just ordinary job for workout. Trimming and setting doors. Breakfast was three eggs and toast. Lunch a chicken sandwich and dinner was smoked beef ribs with roasted asparagus and Brussels sprout.

Today was a long family day with church followed by a family reunion at a campground/park. Was great to see some people we don’t get a chance to see regularly.

Once I got home hit a pull day with deadlifts (trap bar), lat pull-down, chest supported rows on incline using trap bar, seated cable rows, EZ curls, and concentration curls.

Finished evening with a “doctored” up Costco supreme cauliflower pizza with added onions, ham, and some BBQ sauce. Quick and easy. Off to bed as tomorrow starts early with multiple meeting in the office.
