Trying to hit that 200lb mark, cleanly. Meaning bf% sub 15-20 - as long as my abs are somewhat visible.
I’d say somewhat the same, I’m at about 3300-3500 calories atm- “main gain” - Staying under 20% bf, it’ll make the cut easier.
I’m hoping to hit the high 180’s on stage.
Bring in my shoulders and back better this time around.
My guys and I were just talking about that last night. Weird how shit like that works- just because you’re getting old doesn’t mean you should give up .. I’m trying to be jacked grandpa..
