@Bigmurph @Dirtnasty; have eliminated a lot of carbs and fruits/veggies. IBS seems to be kept at bay. I believe there is something to the carnivore diet. Energy doesn’t seem to be effected too much from the drop in carbs.
Tuesday’s workout: Back and Biceps
20 mins cardio as a warmup
Back:
5 sets of lat pull downs.
4 sets Hammer Strength Isolateral front pull down
4 sets of dumbbell rows
4 sets lat pull down
Biceps:
5 sets of straight bar curls
4 sets of dumbbell hammer curls
4 sets of concentration curls
It looks like women with Crohns and Ulcerative colitis have been successfully treated with oxandrolone, stanozolol, and nandrolone in conjunction with each other. Quite the anabolic elixir. Granted, these are IBD diseases, but severe IBS can be quite similar in symptoms
Hey bro. That sucks she deals with IBS; it can be quite the obstacle when things get bad. I’m trying to find some literature on Anavar - or any AAS for that matter - and what sort of therapeutic effects they might have for bowel disorders and inflammation.
I simply do not understand why Doctors refuse to listen when patients try to advocate for themselves - and in this case, repeatedly saying a drug is making things worse… sorry you had to go through that man.unreal
I was going to ask him that too, what he is currently taking. Sometimes it takes a solid month or so for those to kick in and for the side effects to subside. I’ve been on and off SSNRIS for years due to generalized anxiety disorder; the first few weeks are always weird then things get better.
Same here man! It sucks. Even low level general anxiety can kill my appetite and sex drive; so it’s definitely something to evaluate because those two things can really make your body start acting wonky.
Hey bro. Stupid question but worth asking; what’s your stress level like? Stress alone can kill libido and whatnot. Will echo @herrubermensch and say Low dose TRT and HCG definitely helps too.
