.5 mg seems to be fine. It is all anecdotal about how I feel, but dealing with petty things like grocery shopping is easier. Cognition is a hard metric for me. If it is writing a play, we are good. Writing a text message is fucking hard for me, but my concentration to effectively use short sentences has improved. Maybe just practice but .5 a mg once a day for one of three weeks seems to help with anxiety and focus.
