First breakfast:
Sautee 1/2 cup onion, 1.5 cup broccoli (chopped small). Sometimes add some spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, chilis... Depending on what I have. A couple cups of veggies tho.
Mix 8 eggs, 1 cup greek yogurt, 40 grams collagen peptides, 2 tbsp psyllium husk powder, 1/4 cup water.
Combine in 8 x 12(?) small baking pan.
Top with 100 grams cheese. Cheddar, pepper jack....
Bake for 35 min at 325.
Let it cool slice in 4. Reheat 1 slice for 1:20 in the microwave.
