I keep hearing about rauwolscine, I might have to give that a try for this last 20 lbs. I just use caffeine for fasted cardio. Other sips are p5p, fish oil, baby aspirin, glucosamine, liver support, citalipram. I try to get micros from food sources.
Well work schedule is about to get busy as hell. Should be able to get in some lifts but probably nothing epic.
7.3 miles walking not fasted just protein.

I think that’s all correct but I’m pretty damned tired.
Welcome sister. You’ll get it back on track. This is a very supportive community. You can also order bloods from private labs, but I don’t see why your doctor wouldn’t help you out. Good luck and keep us posted.
Well hell @Kad1 I’ll go first then. After having badly neglected legs day I recently began my “never skip legs day” campaign. I thought I was starting slow but I seem to have irritated the hell out of my right knee. It’s not bad but squats are definitely not working. My idea was to strengthen...
Good idea poppy I’ll celebrate by buying a pair of mass cycle pjs. My wife would love to see the red pjs retired. What can I say, I’m a creature of habit.
You should check out the protein digestibility corrected amino acid score of plant sources vs animal. For the most part meat is going to provide more bioavailability if I’m reading the information correctly. Maybe someone who knows what the hell they’re talking about can chime in.

Welcome brother. Curious if you are tracking macros? Compounds probably won’t move the needle much if you’re not in a deficit. That being said it got easier on 200 mg test a week trt.
