I get tight forearms on trt plus 200 deca per week. Definitely could be hydration. I really struggle staying hydrated. I need to pick up liquid iv on my next grocery run.
Just thought I’d show everyone my strategy for preventing my wife from divorcing my worthless @&$. Crepes are her favorite. I just do them with strawberries and a chocolate cream cheese filling. Also did up some pork jowl bacon.
Ok so had a busy weekend here. Saturday got my pull Day in last minute but it was solid. Sunday had time for light legs day. Didn’t track for a couple days. Back on it today though.
Excellent. It seems like a lot of younger guys jump the gun on trt without considering what it will mean to be shut down for the rest of your life. I made better gains when I was young and natty than I do now on trt. Enjoy it while it lasts.
