Smoked some jerky this morning. Husband did the prep. It’s some jerky kit he uses. Threw them in this morning at 200 and let them smoke for about 2-3 hours. We made about 1lb off of a $10 roast. Can’t beat it.
This is what I’ve been told I need to try some but I would honestly like to take the elk myself it would be cool as hell. To take one and then cook it that night.
