Idk if I put my arms wrong or my shoulders but when I lower the bar is when it hurts and I’ve watched so many videos so I have no clue what I’m doing...

    It’ took me almost 2 1/2 years to fully learn that! I spent the first two years going so hard I sacrificed and neglected everyone and everything. Missing holidays and dinners and outings… And it did pay off for the most part but I’ve learned to also enjoy myself on the rare occasion now
