    Yeah can go upper/lower 2x a week. But yeah that sometimes makes the workouts long with that kind of split. But it’s pretty popular for 4 workout days per week. I’ve oersonally never ran upper/lower. Just bro split and PPL

    Same old food today. Had a push day today. Just wasn’t feeling it. Still got into the gym and threw some weights around, but just couldn’t get my mind locked in. Weird as I had nothing bothering me today, had a good work day. Just felt off. Oh well, always tomorrow
