Good luck brother and right on for taking responsibility. Coke was my downfall 4 years ago and it’s a vicious cycle, it started out fun for me then there became a physical dependency then it became the only thing I cared about. I was worthless pice of shit when I got finished.
I have an analog scale, looks like I have put on about 5-6 lbs,I’m at 179-180, I believe it’s more water weight then muscle mass. I have been staying hydrated and eating a lot more food.

On week two did my shot yesterday, my body is feeling a little better, I still have a strong base looking forward to hitting the gym Thursday Friday Saturday will be a Three day split by week four will incorporate TREN.
